Suppie Terms of Use

Last updated: 11 July 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Suppie mobile application and related services (“Suppie” or the “Service”). By downloading, creating an account for or using Suppie, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Suppie

Suppie generates recipes and shopping lists based on dietary preferences, a selected supermarket and offers available at that supermarket.

Suppie is a planning and convenience tool. It does not provide medical, nutritional, dietetic or other professional advice.

2. Apple Standard EULA

Suppie uses Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (“Standard EULA”) for apps distributed through the Apple App Store. These Terms supplement the Standard EULA and describe app-specific rules, subscriptions and disclaimers.

Apple’s Standard EULA is available at: Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement .

If a provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory law or a provision of Apple’s Standard EULA that must prevail, the mandatory rule or applicable Standard EULA provision will prevail.

3. Eligibility and minors

Suppie is intended for users aged 9 and older. If you are under 16, you should use Suppie with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian who permits a minor to use Suppie is responsible for supervising that use where required by law.

4. Accounts

You need an account to use Suppie. You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service or third parties, or where these Terms have been seriously or repeatedly breached.

5. Licence and permitted use

Subject to these Terms and Apple’s Standard EULA, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use Suppie for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You must not:

6. AI-generated recipes and content

Suppie uses artificial intelligence to generate recipes, shopping lists and related suggestions. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsuitable or inconsistent.

You are responsible for checking, among other things:

Do not rely solely on Suppie where an error could create a health or safety risk. Seek qualified professional advice for medical, allergy-related or specialised dietary needs.

7. Supermarket offers, prices and availability

Offers, prices and product availability can change and may differ by location, time, store or product variant. Suppie does not guarantee that displayed or used offer information is current, complete or available when you shop.

Always verify the price, product, ingredients, quantity and offer conditions with the supermarket before purchasing.

8. Subscriptions and payment

Some Suppie features require an auto-renewable subscription. Suppie currently offers monthly and annual subscription options. The price and billing period shown by Apple at the time of purchase apply to your transaction.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account through the Apple App Store. Suppie does not store your full payment card details.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting Suppie does not cancel a subscription.

Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s applicable policies.

9. User preferences and content

You retain any rights you have in information you enter into Suppie. You give us permission to process and store that information only as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain and improve the Service, generate requested output and comply with law.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide is lawful and does not infringe the rights of another person.

10. Intellectual property

Suppie’s software, design, branding, interface and underlying technology are owned by Suppie or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited licence granted under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

11. Third-party services

Suppie may rely on third-party services, including Apple, account and infrastructure providers, and AI providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that operate independently from Suppie.

12. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Suppie available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, change, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal, technical or business reasons.

13. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suppie is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that recipes, shopping lists, prices, offers or other outputs will always be accurate, complete, safe, available or suitable for your individual needs.

Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory warranties, consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Suppie is not liable for indirect or consequential loss resulting from use of or inability to use the Service, or reliance on generated recipes, shopping lists, prices or offers.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including liability arising from intentional misconduct, fraud or other non-excludable legal responsibility.

15. Ending use and account deletion

You may stop using Suppie at any time. You can request account deletion by emailing getsuppieapp@gmail.com.

Account deletion and app deletion do not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription. You must cancel it separately through your Apple Account subscription settings.

16. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when Suppie, applicable law or our operating practices change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer, this does not remove any mandatory rights or protections you have under the laws of your country of residence.
